Well a Grand Hotel which was modern years ago. Now it just preserves the old style from 1980 or so. All in brown colors. Big rooms at least for me here it was more an apartment with a big living room, entrance area and a big bedroom with a for my feelings too hard mattress but that is only my feelings. Huge bathroom with whirlpool. Clean. Hotel is clean. Breakfast buffet.. is ok. Is huge because hotel is big. The variety is limited.. cups and dishes are small maybe so that one is not taking too much and has to go again and again. Noisy breakfast floor [2] and hot so the desire to stay longer is damped
The staffs are friendly and well trained. I stayed in Dulex King room is very quiet, clean and spacious. Breakfast has various options. It’s strongly recommended.
Nice hotel. Hotel's service and room service was okay, but little bit worried to recommend because there are many other options for the same price. But the as a Hotel itself, it is recommendable.
Mường Thanh Grand Hà Nội is a 4-star hotel located in the Bắc Linh Đàm area, offering spacious rooms, an indoor swimming pool, spa, and gym. It’s clean, comfortable, and suitable for business and family stays. The only thing is it’s a bit away from Hanoi’s Old Quarter, so travel time to the center is needed.

Despite the misunderstanding with rooms (they gave us the room for 2 people instead of the room for 4 people, but somehow managed to give us the room for 4 people after all) the overall experience was worth the affordable price. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was decent. In conclusion, Muong Thanh Hotel is a great affordable option with helpful staff if you don’t mind the long distance from the centre.
The hotel is very nice. Room is large. The staff can speak basic level of English, but not too much more. When I asked for an air purifier, they couldn’t understand me until I show a picture, and they don’t have. This should be offered considering the very poor air quality in this city. Breakfast are good, with quite a few choices and fresh made pho and Bun.
Rooms are good. I think some were recently renovated The service is really bad. Try to take one breakfast and you can understand. The staff seems are working under pressure as feeling that they are not happy while serving hotel guestsm Location is far away from city centre, but with reasonable price of staying
